If you own your home in Little River-Academy and have been putting off major repairs due to cost, there may be help available — and it could be completely free.
The City of Little River-Academy is participating in the HOME Program, funded by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. This program is designed to assist low to moderate income homeowners who need significant repairs but may not have the financial means to cover them.
You may qualify if:
- You own your home in Little River-Academy
- You are low to moderate income
- Your home is in need of major repairs
Eligible residents may qualify to receive a free home repair through this grant-funded program. Applications are available now at Little River-Academy City Hall.
